Clinical Education and Competency Coordinator

The Clinical Education and Competency Coordinator role is onsite in Boston, MA. Pay is $26–$40.51 per hour. The coordinator reports to the Clinical Nurse Educator and supports clinical education and competency programs across the organization. The role helps ensure clinical staff are trained, competent, and aligned with evidence-based standards, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements. Through onboarding, competency validation, workflow education, and tracking, it supports safe, consistent, and efficient patient care.

What you'll do

• Support development and implementation of clinical education programs
• assist with onboarding and orientation
• coordinate training sessions and competency validations
• maintain education materials and competency records
• track training, certifications, and competency completion
• support skills validation and workflow standardization
• assist with audit readiness and reporting
• identify training gaps and coordinate with the Clinical Nurse Educator.
