Senior Program Manager – Human Capital Management

The Senior Program Manager – Human Capital Management role is hybrid, two days per week, in Washington, DC. Pay is $130,000–$140,000 per year. Connect Centric partners with clients to turn strategies into measurable outcomes. The manager leads enterprise HCM initiatives focused on UKG and Workday, coordinating workstreams across implementation, enhancements, integrations, reporting, governance, and operational readiness. The role aligns stakeholders and delivery plans to support successful implementation and adoption.

What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional HCM programs involving UKG and Workday
• manage integrated plans, schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks, and issues
• facilitate governance and decision forums
• coordinate requirements, configuration, integrations, data validation, testing, and readiness
• oversee cutover and stabilization
• prepare executive reports and RAID logs
• support process improvement, change management, training, and adoption
• maintain program standards and delivery methods.
