Communications Coordinator

The role also helps maintain consistent organizational communications through email drafting, editing, and inquiry routing.

What you'll do

• Manage Workamajig project data and flag schedule delays
• research prospective podcast guests and prepare host briefings
• format emails for production
• coordinate with printers and designers
• prepare media-mention and expense reports
• provide calendar and email support to the Communications Executive Director
• monitor central inboxes and route inquiries
• draft and edit division emails.
