Child Care Site Leader

Job overview

The Child Care Site Leader role is onsite in Franklin, IN. Pay is $14–$18 per hour. The position provides before- or after-school programming and care for children in a safe environment. The Site Leader coordinates daily program activities, supports staff scheduling and curriculum planning, and ensures the program meets children’s needs and follows Boys & Girls Clubs policies. The role also maintains program records and communicates with families, students, school staff, and the Cub Care team.

What you'll do

• Collect fees and forms from parents
• maintain children’s files in MyClubHub
• assist with curriculum planning and staff schedules
• identify needed supplies
• schedule activities and events
• ensure the program meets children’s needs and follows policies and site requirements
• communicate with school staff, parents, students, and Cub Care staff
• maintain program, staff, child, and financial records
• prepare program agendas and monthly reports
• address discipline issues not resolved by Cub Care Workers
• attend required meetings and training.
