What you'll do

• Maintains constant awareness of safety issues, (i.e.
• broken glass, frayed electrical cords, leaks, broken locks and suspicious persons).
• Reports all safety incidents to the on-duty supervisor.
• Report and deliver lost and found items to the Housekeeping office.
• Report any needed repairs immediately to supervisor (such as leaky faucets or toilets, Maintains a systematic floor care program for all floor surfaces, including marble floors, walls, counters, floor tiles, and wood surfaces.
• Shampoos all carpet on the property when needed.
• Cleans, waxes, or polishes floor surfaces using a variety of tools.
• Maintains a cleaning schedule for all floor surfaces.
• Maintains proper working condition of all floor cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Ensures proper use of floor care chemicals.
• Performs any other duties as requested by supervisor.
