People Generalist — Onsite, Day Shift

What you'll do

• Maintain a visible plant-floor presence and build relationships across shifts
• respond to routine employee concerns, coach supervisors, support corrective action documentation and investigations, and coordinate offboarding
• design and facilitate training and orientation
• administer UKG HRIS records and onboarding
• prepare workforce and attendance reports
• support attendance administration, payroll preparation, timekeeping reviews, unemployment claims, employment verifications, and personnel records
• partner on workforce planning, recruiting, engagement, and process improvements.
