What you'll do

• Prepare properties and apartments for tours
• handle calls and office traffic
• maintain prospect records and follow-up
• conduct property tours
• process lease applications and verifications
• handle rent payments, deposits, and fees
• prepare move-in packets
• coordinate move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and lease expirations
• respond to resident concerns and submit service orders
• maintain property records and reports
• assist with training, events, and marketing
• follow fair housing and other applicable laws.
