Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Mandeville, LA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pay is $18–$22 per hour. Supreme Color Graphics is a wholesale printing company serving customers with print products and services. This role handles customer requests and supports order processing, sales, pre-press, and production so clients receive timely service and have a positive experience that encourages repeat business.

What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls and product inquiries
• prepare estimates, orders, shipping quotes, and service responses
• save artwork and coordinate proofs with pre-press
• update customer records
• assist walk-in customers and sales representatives
• close job tickets and send invoices
• organize files
• monitor and administer the website
• provide general office support
• assist with quality control and color management
• communicate issues to management.
