Quality Supervisor — Day and Night Shifts

The Quality Supervisor — Day and Night Shifts is an onsite role in Sharonville, OH; starting pay is $21 per hour for either shift. The role coordinates inspection and containment work for automotive components, ensuring defects are identified and reported while parts flow in line with the facility’s just-in-time production schedule. It supports quality, safety, and timely communication with site managers and supplier representatives.

What you'll do

• Supervise inspection, testing, and sorting of transmission gears, torque converters, and housing components
• manage Level II Controlled Shipping protocols
• coordinate cross-docking, part sequencing, and dunnage
• supervise inspectors and enforce PPE and safe equipment operation
• report defect rates, sort counts, and pass/fail metrics through WMS and EDI.
