What you'll do

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menus
• follow food safety regulations and hygiene standards
• maintain a clean, organized kitchen and store ingredients and equipment properly
• collaborate with kitchen staff to provide timely service during busy periods
• monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed
• use knife skills safely and precisely. Requires willingness to travel across sites, proven experience as a cook or in a similar food-industry role, knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
