Job overview
The CDL-A Regional Driver role is based in Detroit, MI, with regional routes across the Northeast and portions of the Midwest. Weekly pay is $1,350–$1,450, with additional pay for detention, layovers, breakdowns, and transition time. Rouse Trucking operates 350 trucks throughout the Northeast. The driver moves no-touch regional freight on a Monday–Friday schedule, using an assigned truck and completing pickups and deliveries across regional lanes. The schedule includes a 48-hour weekend reset at home.
What you'll do
- Drive regional lanes across the Northeast and portions of the Midwest
- transport no-touch freight, with roughly half handled through drop-and-hook
- operate an assigned Freightliner Cascadia
- follow the Monday–Friday schedule and return home for the weekend reset.
