What you'll do

• Lead service crew leads and water technicians
• coordinate changing priorities, including after-hours and weekend emergency response
• oversee water utility repairs, emergency response, and tap installations
• support mainline extensions and water treatment plant work
• meet customers and assess work for bids
• provide customer and problem-solving support
• improve field-office communication and work-order discipline
• travel locally across the service area.
