What you'll do

• Supervise construction sites and serve as the onsite contact for customers, vendors, and subcontractors. Lead safety, quality, and productivity
• understand contract scope and identify field-initiated changes
• provide craft guidance in welding, structural erection, tank repair, construction, and rigging
• support employee development and recruiting
• maintain tools and equipment
• track labor and project progress
• complete required paperwork and inspections
• and communicate project issues to management.
