What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors
• receive, prioritize, and dispatch service calls, alarms, routine requests, and emergency notifications
• monitor communication systems, access activity, and camera feeds as assigned
• document incidents, calls, and follow-up actions
• respond to incidents and critical situations and coordinate with hospital personnel and emergency responders
• conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and facility perimeter when required.
