• Provide network optimization and software support for incremental architecture and device changes
• support lab validation and consulting
• assist with escalations and non-scheduled change management
• consult with customer networking staff on design requirements
• review implementation plans and scheduled changes
• provide knowledge-transfer sessions
• support network changes and deployments.
