What you'll do

  • Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment, facility infrastructure, and building systems
  • diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, HVAC, welding, and fabrication systems
  • respond to breakdowns and emergencies
  • conduct root-cause analysis
  • support installations, machine moves, and facility projects
  • develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs, schedules, procedures, and records
  • use CMMS to track work and analyze performance
  • manage spare-parts inventory
  • coordinate maintenance priorities
  • partner with production, engineering, quality, and operations
  • assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and mentoring future team members
  • support safety and compliance initiatives.
