What you'll do

• Provide professional nursing care for residents of all ages.
• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and care provided.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Counsel residents and families on treatment plans.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.

Experience

Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program. Currently holds an unencumbered LPN license.
