What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, recruit, and develop software engineers
• plan sprints and roadmap delivery
• translate customer mission needs into engineering priorities with product and leadership
• guide architecture across Python services, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and agentic AI
• establish code review, testing, CI/CD, documentation, and incident-response practices
• support compliance-ready systems for future AWS GovCloud and DoD IL deployments
• coordinate engineering support for pilots, demos, customer site visits, and proposal technical volumes
• identify and communicate technical, schedule, and staffing risks.
