Sales Supervisor

The Sales Supervisor role is onsite in Boston, MA. Pay is $22–$28 per hour. The supervisor reports to the Store Manager and supports Reformation’s sustainable fashion retail mission. The role leads sales-floor execution, customer experience, and store operations while coaching and developing associates. It helps achieve store goals through customer engagement, inventory accuracy, merchandising, loss prevention, and consistent team training.
