What you'll do

• Troubleshoot facility and lab equipment breakdowns
• maintain HVAC and plumbing systems
• schedule elevator, sprinkler, and overhead-door inspections
• monitor and maintain building fire and security systems
• perform general facility upkeep
• coordinate maintenance to minimize disruption to R&D
• maintain a clean and safe work environment, including some snow removal
• maintain preventive maintenance programs
• install equipment
• request supplies.
