The role supports the client’s Quality team, working with quality engineers, quality control operations, and the lab coordinator. The specialist supports product quality operations by conducting audits, managing samples and standards, and assisting with investigations. Accurate records and organized laboratory processes help the team assess product quality and respond to quality issues.

What you'll do

• Conduct routine product audits and enter results into quality systems
• communicate findings and support investigations
• process products from quality hold as directed
• manage first production samples and retained samples
• maintain product standards and reference materials
• assist with testing, evaluations, photography, sorting, rework, and containment
• enter quality notification data into SAP
• maintain logs, files, inventory, and laboratory organization.
