What you'll do

• Set up, operate, shut down, and clean machinery across the layup-through-trimming production cell
• maintain, troubleshoot, adjust, and perform minor repairs
• inspect equipment and work areas for hazards
• inspect finished products and report defects
• complete hourly quality and production reports
• maintain an organized production area
• collaborate across departments.
