The role combines hands-on machine setup and production work with troubleshooting, operator training, documentation, and shift leadership when management is absent.

What you'll do

• Lead and perform machine setups, production, and development runs
• troubleshoot and maintain extrusion equipment
• assemble and disassemble extruders for cleaning or tooling changes
• follow GMP, GDP, and SOP requirements
• verify raw materials
• mix, blend, dry, and transfer materials
• inspect final products
• train junior operators
• lead shift meetings, execute the production schedule, and assign duties when management is absent.
