Shift Supervisor — Injection Molding, Midnight Shift

The Shift Supervisor role is onsite in Sterling Heights, MI, with compensation of $24–$27 per hour. The schedule is a midnight shift from 11:45 p.m. to 8:15 a.m., Monday through Saturday morning. The role supports a new shift at an established plastics manufacturer. This hands-on working foreman leads shift operations while assisting with injection molding setup, troubleshooting, and production. The supervisor coordinates assignments, supports quality and safety, and helps develop the team as production needs grow.

What you'll do

• Provide hands-on support while supervising midnight shift operations
• lead and coordinate employee assignments
• assist with injection molding equipment setup, operation, troubleshooting, and monitoring
• support operators with production issues
• monitor quality, efficiency, and safety
• coordinate with Quality Control and Material Handling
• train new employees
• oversee end-of-week shutdown
• maintain a safe and organized environment
• communicate production and staffing issues to management.
