The General Dentist role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ. Compensation includes 30% of net collections with no lab deduction fees and an $800–$1,000 per-day ramp-up guarantee for the first 4–6 months. The dentist will join Smile Fitness Dental Center, an established practice serving the Phoenix community for more than 30 years. The dentist provides comprehensive general dentistry, using clinical autonomy and the practice’s broad treatment offerings to support patient care and long-term patient relationships.

What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry and take ownership of diagnosis and treatment planning
• communicate with and educate patients
• collaborate with the practice team. The practice offers general, restorative, cosmetic, implant, Invisalign, oral surgery, periodontal, emergency, and family dentistry.
