What you'll do

• Conduct monthly property inspections and address safety, maintenance, and upgrade needs
• prepare annual financial plans and monthly ownership reports
• manage operating and capital budgets, forecasts, expenses, and variance reporting
• oversee vendor bids, contracts, work quality, and preventive maintenance
• manage work orders
• monitor lease compliance, tenant turnovers, renewals, collections, and move-outs
• coordinate tenant buildouts and support leasing and accounting teams.
