The Senior Director and Portfolio Manager, Cyber Warfare role is hybrid in San Antonio, TX, with annual compensation of $180,000–$230,000. The role supports Astrion’s Lifecycle Management & Cyber Warfare mission area, which develops and integrates capabilities for mission assurance and freedom of action in contested environments. The position exists to grow and steward Astrion’s Cyber Warfare portfolio by shaping demand, building customer and partner relationships, and converting opportunities into profitable, executable work. It sets growth priorities, leads pursuits from opportunity identification through award, and coordinates with delivery and functional leaders to align pipeline, capabilities, talent, and investment.

What you'll do

• Own and execute the Cyber Warfare growth strategy
• identify markets, customers, partners, and capability investments
• build senior customer relationships
• engage early to understand operational needs, acquisition plans, funding, decision makers, and timing
• lead qualification and capture through award
• develop solution-led offerings and strategic partnerships
• coordinate with operations, technical leaders, contracts, pricing, finance, recruiting, and proposal teams
• prioritize the pipeline and provide evidence-based assessments
• maintain a portfolio plan and monitor performance with delivery and functional leaders
• identify capability and workforce gaps and recommend actions.
