Project Superintendent, Field Operations

The Project Superintendent, Field Operations role is onsite in Albany, NY. The salary range is $131,000–$168,000 per year. The role is part of Consigli Construction’s Field Operations division and department. The superintendent provides overall administrative and technical management of construction projects, coordinating onsite work to deliver complex projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality requirements. The role leads field teams and supports employee development while coordinating with subcontractors, clients, and project partners.

What you'll do

• Administer project safety programs and develop site-specific safety plans
• verify subcontract and insurance documentation
• serve as or assign OSHA competent persons and correct recognized hazards
• supervise construction to plans and specifications
• interpret contract drawings and submittals and develop construction methods
• coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and supplies
• create and manage site-specific quality plans
• assist with budgets and cost-to-complete estimates
• manage time-and-materials processes, production tracking, field changes, and subcontractor requisitions
• develop and track schedules and milestones
• lead daily standups and weekly foreman meetings
• coordinate with clients, contractors, and officials
• supervise foremen, assistant superintendents, and project engineers
• participate in business development, safety meetings, and training.
