Customer Service Representative

Job overview

The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Sutton, Massachusetts. Compensation is $50,000–$75,000 per year. AVID Energy Solutions helps homeowners improve energy efficiency and reduce utility costs through assessments, weatherization, insulation, HVAC, and related services. The representative handles customer communications and coordinates scheduling between customers, installation crews, and service teams. The role resolves issues and follows up on customer satisfaction, supporting efficient project delivery and the company’s energy-efficiency services.

What you'll do

• Work 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. daily, with additional hours as needed
• answer customer, service, support, and vendor calls
• manage customer mailings, calls, and email
• schedule insulation and HVAC crews
• coordinate with installation crews and service departments
• work with field managers on project issues
• resolve customer issues
• conduct satisfaction follow-ups and solicit reviews and referrals
• handle high call volumes
• communicate with management and manage multiple tasks.
