What you'll do

• Review inquiries and orders to identify required parts
• price products and refer identification questions to factories as needed
• assist customers with product selection and application
• enter orders and inquiries
• obtain pricing and delivery information
• maintain computer pricing
• prepare or support quotations
• investigate customer inquiries and complaints
• source non-stock items and communicate with vendors
• educate customers about products and services
• contact assigned target accounts as part of the inside sales business development program
• assist with training customer service representatives
• follow business management system procedures.
