What you'll do

• Conduct soft qualification conversations and answer referral-partner questions about loan scenarios and structures
• pre-approve qualified borrowers and prepare payment and scenario requests
• onboard new contracts for rate-lock consultation and submit applications for processing and disclosures
• provide borrower and partner updates
• review Closing Disclosures for accuracy
• conduct pre-closing and funding calls
• provide post-closing support and urgent after-hours assistance
• work toward the stated on-time closing and issue-resolution goals.
