Maintenance Assistant

What you'll do

• Maintain building and grounds

• care for tools and equipment
• change HVAC filters
• carry, lift, and stock supplies
• remain available for emergencies seven days a week, 24 hours a day
• provide customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
