What you'll do

• Plan, control, and execute therapeutic recreation services
• develop a range of programs and activities that account for residents’ physical and emotional limitations and individual interests
• plan calendars that include religious days, social events, holidays, and traditional celebrations
• encourage participation
• use community support for volunteer programs and intergenerational events
• uphold residents’ rights, privacy, and confidentiality
• report resident grievances and complaints to a supervisor.
