The role leads estimate reviews, coordinates pricing and scope with trade partners, and supports preconstruction and business development.

What you'll do

• Review contract documents and scope
• identify risks, assumptions, clarifications, and exclusions
• lead estimate reviews and bid submissions
• perform digital quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
• solicit and evaluate subcontractor and material pricing
• mentor estimators
• maintain cost databases
• and improve estimating processes.
