What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out access-control procedures and site policies
• monitor entry and exit points, verify authorization, issue visitor credentials as directed, and maintain access records
• respond calmly to incidents and resident concerns
• conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, entry points, parking, and perimeter locations
• report observations and complete required documentation.
