What you'll do

• Identify patients who may have difficulty meeting financial responsibilities and assess ability to pay
• verify insurance coverage, deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and authorization requirements
• identify payment options
• establish payment plans under guidelines
• check eligibility and benefits
• document patient communications
• process payments and prepare deposits
• scan account documentation.
