What you'll do

• Respond to member and provider inquiries by phone and in writing
• address questions about referrals, prior authorizations, provider networks, appeals, and grievances
• verify eligibility and claim or referral status
• document and track issues
• follow up to support timely resolution
• assist with website navigation
• identify call trends and escalate issues
• meet department quality, performance, efficiency, first-call resolution, and attendance goals.
