Compliance Manager

What you'll do

• Own and improve the vendor and subcontractor compliance program
• serve as Risk Management liaison
• support prequalification
• maintain policies and standards
• improve processes and reporting
• review insurance, licensing, bonding, and other documentation
• coordinate deficiency resolution and renewals
• administer compliance systems
• prepare recurring reports
• participate in applicable pre-construction meetings.
