Through modeling, performance analysis, and collaboration with architects and researchers, the intern helps evaluate emerging memory technologies and inform future architecture strategies.

What you'll do

• Develop software frameworks, simulation environments, and automation tools for DRAM architecture research
• implement AI-assisted workflows for simulation generation, experiment automation, data analysis, documentation, and engineering productivity
• model and simulate memory architectures
• analyze performance, power, bandwidth, latency, and workloads
• document methods and present findings with architects and researchers.
