What you'll do

• Answer call lights
• assist residents with activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, dining, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning
• assist the charge nurse with procedures and treatments
• change linens and support visitors
• take vital signs
• monitor and report changes
• document care, weights, intake and output, mood, and behaviors
• follow memory-care guidelines when assigned to Carus Court.
