What you'll do

• Administer SharePoint Online sites, pages, libraries, lists, permissions, and workspaces
• support Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Power Automate, and Power Apps
• assist with site creation, content management, governance, metadata, and information organization
• respond to customer requests and troubleshoot issues
• coordinate escalations with engineering
• monitor production operations and investigate incidents
• create user guidance, procedures, training materials, and technical documentation
• support testing, deployments, upgrades, migrations, and enhancements
• track requests and resolutions in ServiceNow
• recommend process improvements and ensure compliance with governance, security, accessibility, and operational standards.
