What you'll do

• Assess resident needs
• develop and evaluate care plans and nursing care
• supervise and assign nursing staff
• complete admission and discharge screenings
• make daily rounds
• document services for billing
• implement nursing policies and educate support staff
• review charting weekly
• coordinate replacement staff for shortages
• monitor infection-control, exposure-control and resident-care trends
• and work with the Director of Nursing to resolve grievances.
