What you'll do

• Welcome customers
• gather customer and vehicle information
• communicate concerns and symptoms to technicians
• recommend maintenance and repairs
• prepare estimates
• set follow-up expectations and provide status updates
• track repair progress
• review invoices
• and explain completed work, recommendations, and charges. Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Consultant, or Assistant Lane Manager is required.
