The Mental Health Technician III role is onsite at the Marc Crisis Triage Center in Everett, WA. Pay is $24.33–$40.26 per hour. The schedule is Sunday–Tuesday, 7:30 PM–8:00 AM. Compass Health provides behavioral health services across five counties in Northwest Washington. The technician supports people experiencing acute behavioral health challenges by providing supervision, structure, and compassionate assistance in a crisis stabilization setting. The role contributes to client safety and recovery through daily support, assessments, treatment planning, and coordination with the multidisciplinary team.

What you'll do

• Supervise and support clients
• provide life-skills training in self-care, coping, and social interaction
• participate in treatment planning and documentation
• support intake and discharge
• conduct safety checks, vital signs, and risk assessments
• help maintain unit cleanliness and monitor mealtimes
• answer phones and take referrals.
