Accounts Receivable Clerk

What you'll do

• Post checks to appropriate accounts
• prepare and issue invoices for repair services, parts, labor, and additional charges
• review completed repair orders before invoicing
• monitor overdue accounts
• process daily deposits
• invoice repair orders and insurance forms
• support accurate financial records and documentation
• coordinate with the Body Shop Manager, CSRs, and team members
• enter final billing information in Reynolds and Reynolds
• prepare weekly payroll information.
