What you'll do

• Own deal registration intake, approvals, conflict resolution, and Salesforce data integrity
• maintain the partner portal and program materials
• build partner performance dashboards and scorecards
• align channel data and reporting with Sales Operations
• support partner onboarding, agreements, access, and training
• handle partner process and systems escalations
• improve and automate partner lifecycle processes
• audit partner agreements
• manage partner tools and coordinate commission inquiries.
