Sales Associate

The Sales Associate role is onsite in Port Townsend, WA; pay is $30–$32 per hour. The role supports daily sales operations and future-resident paperwork by maintaining lead records, preparing reports, keeping model suites presentable, handling office communications, and helping coordinate events and community tours.

What you'll do

• Record new leads and maintain the sales database
• provide scheduled database reports
• keep model suites and apartments presentable
• answer telephones and prepare and distribute correspondence and materials
• organize and assist with special events, including weekend events
• assist with prospective resident tours as needed.
