Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst role is onsite in Davenport, FL. Pay is $45–$70 per hour. The analyst supports children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, through applied behavior analysis services. The role assesses client needs, develops individualized treatment plans, implements evidence-based behavioral interventions, and monitors progress using collected data. It also supports caregivers and staff and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to improve client care and quality of life.

What you'll do

• Supervise RBTs and complete competency assessments for supervisees
• conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• implement evidence-based behavioral interventions
• collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust plans
• train and support parents, caregivers, and staff in behavior management techniques
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA
• participate in intake processes and document relevant records and terminology.
