Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative is an onsite role based in Proctor, MN, with a compensation range of $50,000 - $100,000 per year. This position supports the Lamar Advertising Company sales team in bringing outdoor advertising campaigns to local brands. The role exists to meet and exceed sales objectives within an assigned territory by promoting and selling outdoor advertising solutions. The representative will use professional sales techniques to build and maintain long-term advertising relationships that contribute to the company's growth.

What you'll do

• Make cold calls over the phone and in-person, deliver oral presentations, manage sales data and reports, target businesses in the assigned area, cluster accounts for efficiency, identify growth areas, open new accounts, prepare proposals and written presentations, and perform administrative duties such as maintaining sales plans and client records.
