Construction Accounts Payable Specialist

What you'll do

• Manage accounts payable from invoice receipt through payment
• review authorization, documentation, and coding
• code invoices to general ledger accounts, jobs, cost codes, and projects
• match invoices to purchase orders, contracts, receipts, and other records
• process construction payments, credits, and recurring payments
• reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• maintain vendor records and W-9s
• respond to vendor inquiries
• monitor aging
• manage company card transactions and reimbursements
• assist with month-end close, 1099 preparation, reporting, and audits.
